Cooling-off and Self-Exclusion

Cooling-off period. Players may request a temporary suspension of their gaming account for a short period. During this period, access to the account is blocked.

Self-exclusion. Players may request a longer break from gaming. During self-exclusion, the account remains locked, and the player will not receive any promotional materials.

Underage gambling
